If your item was delivered by a freight carrier, it will be picked up the same way it was delivered (Curbside, Threshold, or White Glove). There are a few exceptions, however: freight pickup does not include Special Order Kiosk, Custom Installed Programs, or Costco Warehouse Special Event purchases that may include delivery.
When the return is initiated, the carrier will contact you within 5-7 business days using the phone number listed on your order. You can set up a time for them to come by and pick up your order.
Once we have confirmed the order is picked up and in transit, we'll process your refund. You'll receive a confirmation email once we've issued your credit. We ask that you allow a few business days for your credit card company or bank to process the credit.
