How can I find the estimated delivery time frame and tracking for my order?

Prior to your order shipping, you can check the item page under the Shipping and Returns section to find the estimated delivery time frame for the product. After ordering, it'll also be found in your Order Confirmation email. Look for the heading labeled "Shipping & Terms" and the estimated time frame will appear below.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will include tracking information displayed near the top, along with a tracking link to the carrier's website.

Alternatively, if you know your order number (also available in your Order Confirmation email) and you'd like to track your shipment, here's what you can do:

  1. Select Order Status (you'll find it near the bottom of the home page) and sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Click the order number you'd like to track.
  3. You will find a tracking number link next to the item. This will direct you to the carrier’s website to track your shipment.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time is an approximation, so we recommend referring to the tracking information provided by the delivery company for more specific details.
