How can I update my account information?

Updating your account is simple. To begin, select Sign In / Register. This is located in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.

To update your Sign In email address:

  1. Choose "Account Details" under "My Account."
  2. Select "Edit" next to "Sign In Email." Enter your new information prior to selecting "Update."
  3. Use your new email address the next time you sign in at

To change your password:

  1. If you've forgotten your password, select Sign In / Register.
  2. Select "Forgot Password?" Then, enter your email address and click "Send Password Reset Link."

Just note that this will deactivate your current password, and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Keep in mind that it will expire in 12 hours and can only be used once. So, be sure to check your spam and trash folders if you don't see it right away! That said, if the link expires, you can always go ahead and submit a new request.

To change your membership number:

  1. Choose "Account Details" under "My Account."
  2. Select "Edit" next to "Membership Number" and enter your 12-digit Costco membership number into the membership number section.
  3. Select "Update."
