You can change a shipping address within 60 minutes of placing your order. Simply visit My Orders and select “Order Details” on the order you want to update. Under the Shipping Address, click “Change” to make your edits.
After 60 minutes, if your shipping address contains a minor error (wrong zip code, street, apt. number, etc.), or if the item is shipping through a freight carrier, please contact us so that we can determine if we will be able to make a change on your behalf.
To safeguard Costco members from the possibility of fraud, there are three restrictions we now follow for all UPS shipments. We're unable to:
- Deliver to another address
- Hold for "will call" at a UPS location
- Reschedule delivery
In the event that you should require a complete change in your shipping address information for a small package delivery, please contact us so that we can either attempt to cancel the order or request a "return to sender." That way, you can place a new order using the updated address.
