All Costco Business Center items* can simply be returned with a copy of the order invoice at any one of our Costco warehouses worldwide for a refund or for additional assistance please contact Member Services at 1-800-788-9968. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time.
In the Local Delivery Zone, Business Delivery products* can be returned or exchanged upon delivery of your next order. Please have the products and a copy of the order invoice ready when the driver arrives. The appropriate credit will be applied to your account when the item is received at the Business Center.
*Tobacco products cannot be returned to a Costco Business Center or any Costco warehouse. This is an exception to Costco's return policy.
