How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order through, simply follow these steps:

  1. Select My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. You can log into your account through Sign In / Register.
  2. Open My Orders.
  3. Find the order you want to cancel, and click the Cancel Order button. 
    • This button will only appear if it's been less than 1 hour since you placed the order.
    • Note: GE/Haier appliances, Google Play and iTunes codes, floral items, caskets, and e-vouchers are ineligible for online cancellation.
  4. Then, select the reason for cancelling, add any comments if you want, and click Cancel Order.
