How can I provide feedback?

Costco is always looking for ways to improve, so we’d love to hear any feedback you might have for us! You can provide feedback about our website, one of our warehouse locations, or our mobile app (if you’re using it).
 
If you’d like to share, please follow these directions depending on the device you’re using:
  • Desktop or Laptop Computer: Head to Costco.com. You can click the “Feedback” tab on the right side of the screen or scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Feedback.”

     
  • Costco Mobile App:
    • Apple Device: Tap the “More” button, then select “App Feedback.”
    • Android Device: Open the main menu and select “Feedback.”
  • Mobile Site: Scroll to the bottom of the page on Costco.com and tap “Feedback.”
