Order tracking is available on many Costco.com orders. If you'd like to track your order, follow these simple steps:
- Select the Order Status link--it's near the bottom of the home page--and sign in using your email address and password. If you're already signed in, you can also visit My Orders under "My Account."
- Select the order number you'd like to track.
- Look for the "Tracking #" link located next to the item.
- Click the tracking number to be directed to the carrier’s website to track your shipment.
If you'd like to know the general shipping timeframe for the item you purchased, refer to the product page of the item you ordered. You can also check the Order Confirmation email you received after you placed your order. That email will contain the estimated delivery time information, noted under the heading labeled "Shipping & Terms." Once the item has shipped, your Shipping Confirmation email will also include tracking details.
